DESCRIPTION 

Sona CoQ10 120mg provides a high dose of  Coenzyme Q10 in each one-a-day, easy to take  capsule. These capsules also contain a small amount  of oil which helps the absorption of CoQ10. 

HOW CAN THIS HELP? 

In addition to providing sustenance and its nutritive  value, CoQ10 is also a powerful antioxidant that  protects the body from free radicals and is found  in every cell of the body. It is concentrated in the  mitochondria, the area of cells where energy is  produced, and is used by the body to transform food  into adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the energy on  which the body runs. The heart, liver and skeletal  muscle contains the greatest amount of CoQ10. As  well as helping overall energy production, CoQ10  contributes to the energy making mechanisms of the  heart and is important for a healthy cardiovascular  system. In patients with high cholesterol, statin  therapy can result in decreased levels of CoQ10. Some  doctors recommend taking CoQ10 whilst taking a  statin to replenish depleted stores. 

Directions 

Adults: Take ONE capsule daily with the main  meal of the day, or as directed by your health  professional. Do not exceed the  

recommended dosage.
