HOW CAN THIS HELP?

In addition to providing sustenance and it's nutritive value, Brewer's Yeast is natural source of B-complex vitamins, chromium and selenium. The B-complex vitamins in Brewer’s Yeast include B1 (Thiamin), B2 (Riboflavin) and B3 (Niacin). These B vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism, normal functions of the nervous system, normal psychological functions and normal function of the heart.

Chromium plays an important role in activating the action of insulin in cellular glucose uptake and is therefore an essential trace element that helps the body maintain normal blood sugar levels.

Selenium contributes to normal thyroid function, function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal hair and nails. In males, selenium is important for reproductive health, for generating sperms and sperm motility.

Directions

Adults: Take TWO tablets THREE times daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed the
