The body is  also exposed to free radicals from environmental  exposures, such as cigarette smoke, air pollution,  and ultraviolet radiation from the sun. Vitamin E helps provide protection for the cells against these  free radicals. Sona E 400 is made with only Natural  Vitamin E. Natural Vitamin E is some 35% more  bio-available than synthetic Vitamin E. 

Directions 

Adults: Take ONE capsule daily with the main meal,  or as directed by your health professional. Do not  exceed the recommended dosage.
