Magnesium is important for  electrolyte balance, protein synthesis, psychological  functions and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. 

Directions 

Adults: Take ONE tablet daily with the main meal,  or as directed by your health professional. Do not  exceed the recommended dosage.
