HOW CAN THIS HELP? 

Calcium with Vitamin D provides a concentrated  source of Calcium and Vitamin D which are  important for normal bones and teeth, cell division  and normal muscle function. Calcium is also  needed for blood coagulation, function of digestive  enzymes, neurotransmission and energy. Vitamin D is important for the absorption and utilisation of  calcium and phosphorus, maintenance of normal  blood calcium concentrations, the normal function  of the immune system and inflammatory response. 

Directions 

Ages 12+: Take ONE tablet daily. Pregnant &  Breastfeeding: Take ONE tablet TWICE daily. Ages  50+: Take ONE tablet TWICE daily or as directed by  your health professional. Do not exceed the  recommended dosage.
